How do I care for my new piece?
All product listings include the pieces individual care instructions but if you are unsure how to best treat your item or run into any issues let us know!
Do you offer custom pieces?
Want us to create something special using your own pressed flowers? Drop us an email at hello@thirdeyeofnewt.co.uk to enquire about our custom items. If you are in the market for a very particular vintage item let us know and we will see what we can do, we love sourcing special items for our customers.
When will my order arrive?
You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days after purchase, as all items are sent via First Class Royal Mail Signed For. If you require a speedy delivery, please let us know before making your purchase and we will arrange an express delivery option for you.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 5 business days please get in touch us via the contact form below or email hello@thirdeyeofnewt.co.uk with your order name and date and we will get back to you ASAP.
Do you ship internationally?
We unfortunately currently do not offer international shipping - please feel free to subscribe to our mailing list below for any updates on our international delivery policy.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be able to shop with confidence so we happily offer returns or exchanges for 2 months from date of purchase. Please let us know if you have any issues with your piece, regardless of how long you have had it either via the contact form below or email us directly at hello@thirdeyeofnewt.co.uk
